The West Yorkshire and Harrogate Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is completely confidential and offers advice and support that can help with a range of issues. The Hub services are free to everyone who works in health, social care and voluntary and community service organisations, large or small, in West Yorkshire and Harrogate, and is in addition to the support offered by your own workplace.
We understand that no one person is the same as another. Everyone will have different experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and as a result will react in different ways and at different times.
The Hub team is developing its advice and support for issues such as emotional wellbeing to bereavement, debt, domestic violence and relationship issues. The challenges impacting on your wellbeing maybe unrelated to COVID-19; but you may feel you’d benefit from a conversation with our team. The Hub is completely confidential and separate from mental health and internal occupational health services.
Whether you just need some general wellness advice, or more extensive psychological support, we are here to help you. If you need help now, you can use our support service helpline or chat function. The service is open from 8am to 8pm, every day, including weekends and bank holidays.
Or call the freephone number 0808 1963833.
Outside of these hours, help is available from the Samaritans, on freephone 116 123.
